I like to take the increased heal with Phase Shift at level 1. Even though it was recently nerfed, I think it still has it's place and is very strong. At level 4, I like to take the increased slow on Polymorph. It also does 2% of the target's max health, so it's perfect for finishing off a kill. The Phase Shift shield at level 7 has really good synergy with the level 1 talent. The vision granted is an added bonus. Blink Heal, in my opinion is far stronger than Emerald Wind. It allows you to escape sticky situations, and provide consistent healing. At 13, the increased spell armor with the Pixie Dust is too powerful to pass up. 55 spell armor on a target counters spells like KT's Pyroball easily. At 16, the additional silence by landing your Q is OP. You just have to be good with predicting movement and landing the Qs in the first place. Finally, at level 20, I like to take the stealth with Blink Heal. It does really well against engage heroes like Diablo; if he can't see you, he can't charge and flip.
