This build is designed for utility and mobility. Movement speed stacks will let you chase down even the nimblest of characters. The synergy is clear between Enhanced Agility and Essence Devourer creating enough stacks early game to counter Li Ming or Lunara.

You don't need to be tanky with Dehaka if you can move freely between your nexus and the lanes, but regen globes or hero kills will skyrocket your Essence collection.
