Basically this build allow you to dominate pretty much whole game.
- Kite with Withering fire.
- Use Shadow Dagger to Heal, try to use on minions if a bunch of them is close.
- Recharge Withering Fire with Haunting wave to get Burst & Finnish off when enemies tries to flee.
- Wailing Arrow in a group (Priority Support) add Shadow Dagger + BOOM DEAD
