This build is for the Alarak in Diamond / Low Master which always plays with feeders and has bad supports. In the end you need to do everything yourself.
It's not a 100% play making build but it is made to sustain yourself while poking.
'Show of Force' actually provides more damage than 'Chaos Reigns' if you don't fully complete the quest (level 4 talents).
Also 'Dissonance' at level 7 is picked only to counter noobs. Most bad players don't do anything while silenced.
