Play Pumpkin Spice for a basic build when the enemy team has low CC. Its designed to be more of a "brawler" style build. You want to stun with your E then pop passive and just shoot them a lot.

Play Chai Tea when you're against a heavy CC team, or a team that is going to have long drawn out brawls. It is more healing focused and good at controlling the enemy players still with the upgraded E.
