The only current problem with the guide is that recent patch updates make the choices no longer valid. Since Rewind is now a level 20 talent, and Brightwing no longer has Bolt of the Storm, you might want to make a few changes to the guide. It worked great before but now it might confuse new players.

I have a couple of differing opinions:
Level 1: I love Arcane Precision, particularly for its PvE bonus. Scales really nicely late game. I take bribery on maps where I'll be laning a lot.

Level 13: Rewind is nice, but I much prefer Sprint.

Level 16: Tough choice! Hardened Focus and Sticky Powder are my two "go-to" talents here.

Level 20: Continuous winds is fun, stormshield can tip the balance in a team fight, blink is obviously useful... It just depends how the game has panned out.
