This is a build based mostly around Leoric's 'W' ability, Drain Hope.
As of 8/2/15, I have an
*82% win rate* with this build in Hero League out of 11 games.
Note:
This build is squishy in early game. It's best to team Leoric up with a support Hero (preferably Malfurion) at least until Level 7, preferable until Level 10.
Talent Synergy Top
Tier 3 Talent: Paralyzing Rage
This is particularly important. This allows you to slow enemies much more effectively, allowing you to leech more hope with Drain Hope.
Tier 5: Crushing Hope
This allows you to deal much more damage with Crushing Hope if it goes to full duration. Combined with Tier 1: Hopelessness and Tier 3: Paralyzing Rage, it is much easier to successfully drain for the full duration.
Hero Synergy Top
This build is particularly effective in team comp of heroes with movement impairing abilities.

Jaina (slows)
Malfurion (roots)
Nazeebo (Zombie Wall)
