The Lost Vikings Power level 1000. ResidentSleeper Even under ultimate, they are garbage, if you don't get too close to it (you can see it 1 km away though). Ples kill them for resets and snowball the crap out of enemy team. Even professional players usually lose control of one of them... These creeps can be found on any lane. Kappa . U can use no-talent build against them.
2
Murky Power level 2000. Explanation: Big Bang Attack walking oneshot(before he takes new shields talent), cooldown reset machine, random KiBlasts destroy his spawns(new:he can spawn FAKE ones who actually explode with vomit). Ofc, Murky is a GOD, still, if he eats our Big Bang Attack in some good range, he gets OneShot. We can kill his eggs without intention, just ki blasting(magicmissiling) bushes, and then find him near, because killed egg makes him visible. And kill him too. He careful, don't catch a lot of his little friends from his one ultimate and don't let him pubberfish-ult combo you/stun for a team. YOU CAN USE ANY BUILD agaisnt Murky.

Sgt. Hammer Power level 2000. Explanation: Without any talents, all our basic skills hit out of her range. She's immovable, while quite squishi. Even with this, her ultimates still hit from more range, than ours. This machine with a cute girl can't move in a siege mod, even if the guy HAS his mount mode, there is no guarantee he will react to our poke. EVEN. If he reacts, he won't be able to run away from any other enemy team good squishy gank attemps. Still, if she gets near, with our build this will be not sure win. Also her ultimates can damage us annoyingly. She also has stealth and can pick even more range to her siege mode. All depends on talents, as you see. I think, it would be effective to tell, what build you should use against what heroes. I don't want to post blink or something else builds, coz there are some good already... But you can use them against this girl too. maybe, you will be luckier in middle or close distance. YOU CAN USE ANY BUILD agaisnt Sgt. Hammer.

Kael'thas Power level 4000. Explanation: Our squishi immobile bro mage with -33% nerfed slow moving narrow first target hit CC with lesser range even with a talent. But his Pyroblast does almost or all our hp dmg. That's why he's more dangerous for us, than Sgt. Still, we do the same thing from 1.5 times greater range, if hit him with our Big Bang Attack. From our full poke he might simply die, coz mobility comes only with 70 sec CD blink in level 20 talents. Level 16 barrier also can help him to survive our burst(it's his mostly needed talent, so he will have it almost always). Also, he can pick damage burst talent and damage bonus per kill talent and, maybe, even oneshot us with his Pyroblast. This is the only thing we have to avoid from him very busily. Evading his vortex and not steping near bombs or in a phoenix zone, I think, is quite natural, isn't it? :D YOU CAN USE ANY BUILD agaisnt Kael'thas.

Zagara Power level 7000. Explanation: Covers with pets easily, pets kill us fast, knows our basho(location (jap.)) so can gank us very fast and avoid our skillshots, can regen health fast. Ofc, as always. There is 1 "but". This butt is we know where her eggs are because of the shitty circles they keep around. We can Big Bang Attack not only the target but a bit behind it, so he can't cover instantly with his hunter, he has to move back a bit. And he cannot avoid poke if there is no target to point Hunter skill at. So, if you smartly poke bushes with your ki blasts, seeing the egg zones, you must be allright. But in the teamfight even 1 hunter can damage us to full hp if staying on us. And Zagarra have talent (late game talent though) to summon TWO of them. She also has Mutalisk talent, which doesn't give Huntaz range and damage, but make their attacks bounce from target to target, this is how squishi backline heroes (it's us) can be damaged through "mediators", even if they weren't pointed with the skill. We shall avoid it too, a lot of Zagaras take Mutalisk because of simple maths, 100%+50% > 100%+20%. Of course, more focus from better range might be better... Well, let's leave it to Zagarra guides. Poke her mobs or use ultimate, cos minions don't have any AI and don't even try to dodge. It's BETTER then be locked while a teamfight is on. You can still USE ANY BUILD against Zagarra.
7
Azmodan Power level 7000. Explanation: 500 point bomb talent build poke -40% hps us, can cover with demons, can barricade a retreat way with his ultimate, his walking beam talent can kill us if we won't outkite him, can scout with demons, demons not on target. He could be Power level 9000... But he can't. This guy is... How to put it mildly... HE'S FAT. He can eat our Big Bang Attack even while it seems to miss. The atmosphere around his fat body is HIM TOO. He CAN cover with a demon, but demon is lazy too, demon don't do physycal exercises so he appear only a second later, we can see the portal (and he CANNOT wait for our poke to launch it, and launch our poke defferently. This is where we can feint him(if he sees us. if he can't... HUH! U know :D), with moving back and forward, forcing to use demon. Without walking beam and stronger bombs we can punish this fatty quite nicely, even if he can avoid some damage with his minions. You can use Earth arrival Vegeta build against Azmodan with 500 point bombs and walking beam talent, just check bushes and avoid low hp(do it always, btw). You can use Namek saga Vegeta build against Azmodan with only a walking beam. You can use any build against Azmodan without that talents.
7
Chromie Power level 7000. She can poke longer than we can, and it's fast. And VERY powerful. If we eat "oneshot" build Chromie poke with Glass Cannon, we are legit DED insta. Even if we eat a bit stacked Q with "future me" 18 lvl Chromie talent, with Glass Cannon, we can die as well. One. Q. If we get into her hourglass traps, good Chromie will time it well, so, with even small delay of our blink, we will get full poke and maybe die. This is sad parts. Here are good: We do more AoE damage. Our ultimates (and even blink is able to) do damage/damage+cc, here ults are CC only, so, we are 1-2 damage skills over her. She cannot blink as well, so, we are able to follow her and cover distance to her. And. The frecking MAIN, breaking difference. "She... TALKS. A LOT." (c) Barney Stinson. Chromie is CASTING spells, so, we have a LOT of time to react and get away. We can see Dragons Breath aoe zone before it falls down, we can count where she could launch it, and we see cast animation of it. It's her W. And when she uses Q, she even STANDS STILL for a second! Such an easy target for our poke! We can blink away from her spells, even when we didn't react properly, and we can find the exact moment when to poke her. Our Big Bang Attack based builds doesn't lose in range so hard, but they have some real AOE, and, they are INSTANT. And, we can throw them with blink + poke, making them even faster and extending range of our poke. So, don't hesitate, poke bushes with ki blasts to find traps, use mobility, predict her casts, react, if you can, and you will be victorious against her. You both have such a big range, you will most likely be able to fight 1v1 even when surrounded by your teams. You can use any build against Chromie.
8
Stitches Power level 7000. Explanation: Pudge! Grab squishi far away, slow, kill. Spell block 1st talent tier(!!!). Tanky, standard 20% hp melee enemy target selfheal. Can eat or create super slow area, both kills us. There is a good side, as always. If you dodged hook and zoned his standard slow with teleport, his only way is to ult. And it is a chance he won't use it, it might be on a cd, or it might be team level 9 or less. If he is situated, let's say, in your auto attack max zone, you can break his spellblock with 2 hits of your ki blasts (2 of them will deal 50% dmg, one full, if you land all 3) and launch Big Bang Attack in his face if succeeded or a bit later, after telep, to get some distance for damage. Coz melee Big Bang Attack isn't good. Avoid hook with all your willpower! If you tele well, his threat will drop dramatically. You can use any build against Stitches.
8
Diablo Powel level 8000. Explanation: Very tanky, can charge with moving us back stunlock, melee, can have 20% sprint can counter stun our immovable ult with his from the whole map, can heal. So many advantages, but, still, if played right, you will most likely just zone him with teleport right before he can use his charge. If the charge hits ya and he's followed by his team, you're in trouble. If he has some dmg talents, such as returning flames of his Firestorm and Lightning Breath, he may be able to even shut you down. So, be cautious, and keep him on distance with poking. Always check bushes with ki blasting and telep before he can charge you. Avoid his rune spawn ultimate too, cancel your ultimate with the ultimate button and telep or just move, if you react very fast, to get out of possible danger of gank or damage stopping. 18.02.2017 tip: now he charges even further, position yourself well, you can bait his charge and telep deeper into your backline and kill Diablo with your team. Avoid situations when the wall is behind you and possibly charging Diablo, he will benefit from it a LOT. Use this knowledge to bait him even more. You can USE ANY BUILD against Diablo.
9
Greymane Powel level 9000. Explanation: Squishi killing master. 4 types of charges(!!!!). His QWER idiotical spam can kill the whole screen. Can even outpoke us, his ranged AoE hits several times faster and range >= our ki blasts. Quite big explanation. Coz this guy can counter us in any our build, he has cocktail build with painful fast ranged poke, he has crazy melee burst, so, he can win us everywhere. Of course, we can do it too. If our tank finds him, and we land only one Big Bang Attack to his bearded stupid face, he will bark and go home sad, or go leak healers leg and ask to heal him. Still... This guy can cleave the whole team when they will be on CD because of some Murky, cheerfully running around. Been there. In both sides. Maybe, you have to use even not my build. Well playing Greymane is not a joke for us. At all. You can use Namek saga Vegeta/Super Vegeta/Saiyan Saga Vegeta builds against Greymane.
9
Nova Power level 9000. Explanation: Stealth, insane RANGED very fast projectile burst with all procast, copy skill blocking, copy distracting. We hate Nova. Still, if dodged some of her shots, we can counterburst her. I don't include 5 ki blast talent in my guide, still, it's a good choice to scout the area and hit her in the phantom to reveal for yourself and teammates. Can outpoke us easily, we can outpoke her too, with less chance, but if the bitch eats our Big Bang Attack, she will do almost the same thing as any other asassin. Try to play carefully and watch for her zanzo, if you can, and do map monitoring more often. You can use Namek saga Vegeta/Super Vegeta/Saiyan Saga Vegeta builds against Nova.
9
Tyrael Power level 9000. This guy won't die from poke. Even two. He can charge us, stunning and knocking the f out away all the f around, blink farer than our blink, slow, speed up and kill. Believe me, you won't like to test his ultimate reflex. Of course, there is a chance he won't take Judgment, but this chance is 35%. But good feeling to know, right? That there's a change you won't hate this damn empty hood. You can use Namek saga Vegeta/Super Vegeta/Saiyan Saga Vegeta builds against Tyrael.
9
Illidan Power level 9000. "Hassen ijo da!!" (c) Vegeta. This is the original Vegeta words from DBZ. "It's over 8000!", which mystically became "nine thousand". Explanation... Obvious! This buy can roll over our skills, he's melee, big sustain damage, crazy, instable mobility with cooldown dancing, being reduced by 1 second with every his auto attack. Can be tanky also, there is a tank build, quite tanky. Can charge us from the whole map with big damage and stun and kill quite fast, even without endless monkey jumping above our head. Of course... There is always "but". If we land our beautiful Big Bang Atack, even this guy will think about his further destiny. You can use Super Vegata build to try to kill him even 1x1, when got shields, misderect him with teleport movement, but hit with Calamity. Not giving him opportunity to auto attack is the key, he flips over, wave him, he will charge, misderect, poke 100%, even from not far. SO, will type it again, you can use Namek Saga Vegeta/Super Vegata/Saiyan Saga Vegeta builds against Illidan.
9
Valla Power level 9000. Explanation: Crazy autoattacks, can decrease distance fast, 10 times faster long painful SLOWING(lvl13) poke, Strafe + Vault can just rape us, leaving strong soul wound... Of course, there is a WAY. Valla is almost as squishi as Nova. Ofc, no stealth makes her even better target. We also can outpoke her, let's not underestimate our attack zone. Full talent full range Big Bang Attack will make her retreat immediately, seeking heals. Or... yknow... Just get knocked out :) Watch busily for her poke and distance, and you can beautifully outplay her. If played well, you can shut her down even in her Vault + Strafe. Ofc, Valla will try to settle all open, so, Vault + Multishot + Arrow + Strafe, or even it's Vault Arrow cd reset variant... If teleported right, you can kill her with your own poke, your full poke does very good damage to her, and you might be able to kill her first. ANd your endgame distance with my build can finish her and all the heroes without even being seen. Their enemy will be even not you, but "random flying planets". Nevertheless, Valla threat is real. You can use Namek saga Vegeta/Super Vegeta/Saiyan Saga Vegeta builds against Valla.
9
Tracer Power level 9000. Good Tracer can be a pain in the but for days. She can fly around, like a disgusting fly, making similar buzz sounds. "Cheers love! P-p-p-p-p!" (c) Mewnfarez. Diving your hp from 100 to 0 in a couple of seconds, w/o even getting any skillshot from you. But you'll beter have some to hit her for sure, and it's Calamity and Wave of Force talents. If positioning yourself safely, you can also try to still deal damage to her with other builds. Just remember, that she has three jumps, count their distance and the distance of the bomb she might want to put in your or someone elses' face. Don't also forget, that she can just just back in time, disappearing for a second, and you can also use it for your favor, if counted well. You can try to poke the place where she was before, and if you count it well, she might appear in the middle of your poke and get rekt. With normal positioning you will be fine against her, with allies, who have CC for her — maybe, very fine. But if you F up with distance, positioning or pokes, you know your fate. You can use any build against Tracer, but if you are hesitating about picks, use Super Vegeta/Saiyan Saga Vegeta.
9
Alarak Power level 9000. All new heroes are asassins and quite good with kicking our ass. This guy can pull us in some deadly shitty situations, put silence with rili painful damage, restore hp with his not bad damaging target not bad distance lightning, which hits enemies nearby and between him and target as well... He can charge us from a LOT, and on level 20 he can take another mobility talents, to charge us even AGAIN. If we eat his poke with Glass Cannon, we are dead, if we eat all his skills w/o Glass Cannon, we are dead, he can eat our poke with zero damuj and counter with -35 to 40% our hp (it's w/o Glass Cannon!) or pick charge and full poke us with silence, keeping his painful auto attack, he can pull us for his team, cc+painful damage with silence from Q and team kill us fast... This guy can put us in Hell with one easy gesture. But we can do that too! What do we do with melee asassins w/o invis, with casting near-melee range silence and charge only as ultimate? Yes, ples. We have them HARD. So, this is what we want to do with Alarak. He's squishy and he won't come to us, ignoring our team, we can even DODGE his main damaging skill(Q) and get away with blink to almost same distance as we were before. He can evade our pokes with his Telekineses or charge to mitigate damage + try to hit us, but if we do everything right, that's his limit. Poke bushes with ki blasts all day long, if they looks suspicious. You can use any build against Alarak.
10
Zeratul Power level 10000. Explanation: Stealth, strong aoe poke, better mobility, melee zone, distant slow can stasis us to wait for allies or find better position to open, his second ult is just relentless blink striking. And... That's pretty much it. Even if you always see Zerathul in the screen, he will be a tough opponent to face. Power level 9000. Try to play carefully and watch for his zanzou (mirror image, Dragonball technique). You can use Namek saga Vegeta/Super Vegeta/Saiyan Saga Vegeta builds against Zerathul.
10
Valeera Power level 10000. Ultimate pain in the BUT for ultimate pokers, LiMing and (especially!!) Chromie. Chromie will be killed braindeadly with 2-1-3-1 and AA in the process, no matter, how good she was. IN ONE STUN. "We installed rogue in HotS so you can play WoW while ur playing HotS", right? She can Garrote you to increase open damage, or, she can stun you, both variants are bad. Her Q w/o stealth is a forward charge with damage and combo point. She can reduce our speed with her skills. She can reduce our healing. She can use invisibility from the mount (listen up, Valeeras, how pros do), and eve if you poke them, you won't reveal them from that skill encahcing mode for 1 second, they can restealth again, using Smoke Bomb or even eat your poke full with their second ultimate, w/o taking damage, and we will be empty. Good Valeeras can even clear waves faster, than we. Valeera is our map travel limiter. Don't go in the Forbidden Forest, evil Val-ee-ra will kill you, girl-who-survived. Sweet parts: if we have good eyes amd map aware, we can poke her ass hard, and she, unlike Nova(clone barrier) and Zerathul(blink), won't be able to rushaway w/o canceling invisibility(she can cancel(aura)) Vanish and Q), which is 8 sec cd. So, it's not that kind of sadness we can't do anything with. You'll better use Super Vegeta build against Valeera.

Ofc, as always. There is 1 "but". This butt is we know where her eggs are because of the shitty circles they keep around. Azmodan Power level 8000. Coz melee Big Bang Attack isn't good. Avoid hook with all your willpower! If you tele well, his threat will drop dramatically. You can use any build against Stitches.

Still...

2
Hammer.

  No Threat
4

7
9
Illidan Power level 9000. "Hassen ijo da!!" (c) Vegeta. This is the original Vegeta words from DBZ. "It's over 8000!", which mystically became "nine thousand". Explanation... Obvious!
Valla Power level 9000. Explanation: Crazy autoattacks, can decrease distance fast, 10 times faster long painful SLOWING(lvl13) poke, Strafe + Vault can just rape us, leaving strong soul wound... Of course, there is a WAY. Valla is almost as squishi as Nova. Ofc, no stealth makes her even better target. We also can outpoke her, let's not underestimate our attack zone. Don't also forget, that she can just just back in time, disappearing for a second, and you can also use it for your favor, if counted well.

This guy can put us in Hell with one easy gesture. But we can do that too! What do we do with melee asassins w/o invis, with casting near-melee range silence and charge only as ultimate? Yes, ples. Poke bushes with ki blasts all day long, if they looks suspicious. You can use any build against Alarak.

Vegeta Oujin Top

The build I wanted to introduce mostly is in the list, called

Majin Vegeta.

[Last updated: 08.11.2018, Going to add new heroes soon! + Abathur Guide Incoming!]

[Storyline, Infernal Shrines, start of 2016]
I tried to maximize my damage as strongly as I can, and this is what happened. This was my first game with this build, and it was unexpectably good.
I tried to play as much safe, as possible, even for my fervent nature.
I scounted bushes with my 20 mp missiles, making fun of how I can cross them, and suddenly saw the OPPORTINITY. To make my build as extremely damaging, as ot's possible.
I picked my first talent just after the first creep wave arrived. I always watch enemy talents first and then react. There is no big deal to not to have 1 talent in a first game minute, especially if playing super safe, almost under the towers. Like you have to play Li-Ming at the very first part of game, at least! :)
I picked the talent Power Hungry.
Ofc, I thought (maybe, it's better to say "know"), that it would be a bit of a problem to kill mobs to get orbs in intention before teamfights out of lane, but still it's some damage buff, and I take all orbs I see, if it's safe, of course. So, this might be good thing to pick.
About "pick", I also saw, that our enemies are "One grapple" Sonya, "Of only I landed roots" Arthas, "I. Can't. MOVE!!" Sgt. Hammer, "annoying skeletones facetanking", but still not mobile Xul and same mobility Morales.
This was a OPPORTUNITY I saw. To take maximum damage talent build and outbox them, outpoke, outharras.

The results were crazy. Even with our Dehaka and Thrall 12 deaths, I died only 4 times, mostly because I got too cocky and I'm immature hot guy. So, if I played better, maybe, I won't die at all!
I defended the base at level 22, while the whole team was dead, I lost only one building against the WHOLE TEAM + arcane Punisher.
The reason is MY POKE just did -70% hp to Sonya, kinda near that to Xul. When I landed a Big Bang Attack, its' cooldown reduced and I could use it again after 3 seconds. Big Bang Attack alone hit Sonya 40% hp. We lost the game, even with that, I killed her 7 times. She just didn't understand, why I did SO MUCH damage that could fight with her without fear. Ofc, if she picked jump, the result would differ, and I would play less agressive, dealing less dmg, but, maybe, without some deaths.
Finally, I got caught, because, like I said before, I got cocky and was like Emperor vs 5 Jedies went to kill him. Watching on them, like on ****, I mean. Forgive me for my French.
But, still. My hero damage was their 2 top damages combined, my siege damage was pusher mode Sgt. Hammer +20% more.
Quite giantic damage, huh.
That's why, I think, this build deserves to be called LEGIT. I will improve it later, but, I think, it's already quite readable, so, no reason to hesitate!
Or, just call it Big Bang Attack build.
Of course, Li-Ming is not a super muscular male, but when you launch your Big Bang Attack and it halfHP's someone, it's really easy to imagine it was Big Bang Attack. %)

Builds info.

Majin Vegeta

Main build I wanted to introduce. It's been a while already since I played it, I already saw it in tournament and saw Grubby using it, in order to increase backline depth. So, this build might be even better, than I thought. I recieved one "omg obrs? really?" from a couple of ppl, and kinda felt bad for my build, before seeing is in wide use by rank1 + high MMR player.Ofc! My damage each time I used this build was outstanding? it's impossible only I can deal that 180k/30min, other better players can do much-much better!!! This is a big world! Tier 2 talent Triumvirate is literally CD reset for orb, which is AMAZING.
Like Grubby sais, "greedy damage". And, trust me, this damage is so greedy it can nulify all enemy team hp before they reach thier fight distance. There is a chance, which increases, if orb is thrown out of shadows. This damage greeds for enemy hp. ;)

Namek saga Vegeta

Not as greedy, as my main build. This build has better mobility, because of considerably less Teleport cooldown + its reset, when getting good hit in the face(body, legs). But, as a previous build, if you get some thick skillshots, you will still be dead. Falstads' Hinterland Blast, Novas' Triple Tap, Kael'th***' Pyroblast and Tracers' Pulse Bomb+procast+auto can reach you and almost OneShot even with good positioning of your team. Coz these heroes CAN.
That's why we need some other options.

Super Vegeta

Remember first fight with Cell and Vegeta? Prince of Sayans turning into something new, more muscular, more rapid, dodgeing all attacks with DBZ teleporting?
Oh, yes. :D
I should add this build here.
This build is blinks with damage. GOOD damage. Almost like 3 KiBlast AOE damage. Wave clear speed increases a LOT. Ofc, to not to die, you should still stay at your poke safe distance, throwing Big Bang Attacks, not just because you can, but because staying effective...
But, if you SEE the opportunity, you can go for a kill.
THIS BUILD... Can make even Illidan think, is it worth it going to backline to hit you, even though you have only some Gazlowe 1 turret behind, and 1v1.
Beautiful DOminance talent from Tier 2 will heal us wherever from healer we are positioned, if enemy died, and we can continued to deal damage or get away succesfully, because got 20% of our hp healed. For LiMing snowballing, this talent is extremely useful, if al enemy team low, you can LiMing them fully, beautiful, perfect 1v5 in a couple of seconds. Consider you also will have chance to run out of mana, not able to blink. How good it would be to have some HP healed!
Calamity, our main source of damage in busy, fast teamfights. Wait for level 7, but still use your standard poke as a main weapon. This basics will stay in any LiMing build, just Q+W. But, when the opportunity comes, you can deal a HUGE amount of damage.
TIP: To burst with Calamity effect Teleport, you need to throw orb from some distance, at least, half of maximum, throw Q while running and teleport on target, finally.
Our Ultimate talent, Wave Of FOrce, is a good initiate pulling skill, good pealing skill, zoning enemies from each others skill and, lastly, good damaging skill for super-dinamic skillshotting LiMing build as we use.
Our Tier 5(level 13) talent Illusionist, known from past two talent builds, ALSO makes +1 fast damage to our procast + additional mobility, when you got hit, if continuing damage is too risky. With this talent, we have FOUR SKILLS IN PROCAST. That is very BIG damage. That's why I told even some squishi caster killers might feel they would be too reckless jumping on you.
Tier 6 talent Diamond Skin will protect us in our damaging pattern, there is always a lot of fast, unexpected things in HotS, even if you know, how to play and see situation clearly, it still has some chance to move to unexpected event part. Some extra shield, in addition to our Dominance heal(20% hp too, btw)will be nice. Since it procs from Teleport, Illusionist effect will give you second +20% hp shield per gank, so, it's 40% of additional HP per gank already.
For killing 5 enemies, while recieving 1 Illusionist proc, you will gain +100% hp heal and +120% hp shield.
And also +20 (!!!) skillshots cd reset.
Target least HP enemy and use poke I mentioned, then just spend all skills at once at another least HP target, then repeat that again.
If done right, you will stand there almost out of mana, like as Vegeta was after reaching Super Saiyan, very rapturously and happy. :)

Saiyan Saga Vegeta

When Vegeta flew on the Earth for the first time, he was very greedy in damaging abilities, and liked throwing a massive amount of Ki Blasts, that's why I've named this build like this. Greedy Single Target Poke, Saiyan Saga Vegeta. Test its' power on someone, who was set up by some CC! Deleting damage inc. The higher the league is, the better this might be, as for me, coz better setting up a burst understanding.
Yes, Vegeta Builds can differ league-wise as well!
Have fun playing Li-Ming, guys! :)
