Build: MT - Leo Creepy Hand Build

Level 13 - spell shield if needed, can pick kind of whatever
Level 16 - pick Imposing presence if against auto attack, otherwise I like renewed a lot (increase DPS)
Spectral is just good, really keeps you up and does some crazy damage
