This is an owl build, always take the quest.

I prefer the cooldown reduction from this their as it helps you live longer and works well with the shadow heroic; however, the spell armor is excellent against mages ie Kael'thas. If you have the reaction time for the stun cleanse go for it (I can't do it).

Darnassian unless you have a heavy aa damage dealer ie Zul'jin, Raynor, Valla, Falstad.

Shadowstalk unless waveclear is a problem ie Braxis.

Take the cooldown talent as it helps stack faster. At amounts of hits it is the following cooldown:
0-14s
1-10s
2-6s
3-2s
4,5,6,...-0s

Your call here, I prefer the lifesteal from the mark, but others work.

Heroic upgrade for shadowstalk completes this build. You now know where the enemy team is most of the time and can aim owls at them.
The upgrade for starfall is okay because it makes teamfights a bit easier.
