I'm a normal player i have around 1000 games played so far and i've "specialized" in assassin class
as for now Lunara is most definitely my favorite assassin in game, she does alot of poisoin damage while also dealing amazing normal damage from a good distance

In my opinion both hero abilitys are as good, i just think leaping strike has more use, it also depends on the map and the enemies pick.

Another think is that the last talent you can use either Gallopin Gait or Boundless Stride
