Summary Top

Rexxar excels in multiple ways:
-Misha takes his damage
-Highly Mobile
-Great Merc solo hero
-Great in 1v1 or with focused fire

Any hero that can stun or immobilize him will most likely kill him. If Rexxar is caught in a 2v1 you need to run; he doesn't do enough AoE damage that he can kill 2 enemies and has no self-healing until he's lvl 20. Stealth heroes can easily sneak up on Rexxar so be careful out-of-lane. They will overpower him, or Misha and then him. Misha is your best escape tactic, especially with her perk that she gains at lvl 13 for an additional 'Misha, Charge!'. This perk also makes Rexxar very hard to escape, because if you miss with the charge you may charge once more, and it's also great for stunning mercs endlessly.
