With great timing the Adaptation ultimate can be amazing.

Isolation is still a great ultimate. A damaging skill shot that also silence and slows for 30%. This can be extremly powerful on a ranged or even better, a support.

Primal Swarm to make targets vulnerable.

Tunneling Claws, to move while burrowed.

Dehaka has a good synergize great with Diablo and both got buffed!:

Drag into Overpower, into Shadow Charge
Apocalypse with Drag to pull one back in the stun
Firestomp and Dark Swarm to do easy damage to melee
