This is my to go to build currently for Stiches , the only really change i do is at tier 1 , if i see very little gankers on a map like spider queen , i go for the 50% dmg on the slam.

Thanks for the comment!! I'm actually ALWAYS split between the widened smash or not depending on the team comp. 100% if I'm going with pulverize I'll do it, but the real difference is between damage done and damage taken. If you're getting blown up pretty hard by auto attack heroes I'd suggest Relentless.
