I am not good at writing stuff down, but i've tryed this build and i love it.

Build Comments:
Tier 1:
-Range og Withering Fire (WF) is incrased which is good to hunt down running players.
Tier 2:
-Recharging WF with Teleport from Hunting Weave (HW) makes you spam WF all the time...
Tier 6:
-Cold Embrace is good but range of Shadow Dagger (SHD) is reduced. use: WF->HW->HW/teleport->SHD->WF....
...If you feel like you are getting your *** hended to you, try "Blood for Blood" in Tier 6.

I am a pritty much noob in this game and comming from MANY years of LoL experience... but still... im new here.
