Why pinning shot? Top
The 4 sec slow is great for peeling and holding people in place to get killed.
It makes it hella easier to land Q's because the target is slowed for 4 seconds.
also later in the game at lvl 16 it turns into a +25% extra damage taken debuff for 4 seconds which is very good for blowing up people as a team (kinda like tyrande does).
About Talents Top
All essential talents are marked out the lvl 4 and 13 talents are optional these are your utility levels.
At lvl 4 Gathering power can be a good choice when you're already steamrolling the enemy,
How ever Remote delivery also has its uses on maps when you have to zone check to scout for hidden/ approaching foes.
At lvl 13 Spell shield when facing tough spell heavy teams or when facing another nova as a lot of nova's killing power also comes true spells making it very hard for an opponent nova to scout you out and kill you with her amature talented Q's.
Head shot is good for prolonged combat where getting the kill on an enemy will cause you to kinda get a mini steam roll effect in getting your skills and mostly your pinning shot & Precision barrage back up.
Lethal decoy can help in getting the killing blow or confusing newbies into thinking its the real you when they notice it does damage it synergises well when taking Remote delivery at lvl 4 which is something to remember when deciding the lvl 4 talent earlier.
Advanced cloaking is always a good choice and is prob my most picked option because its simply that awesome
how ever sometimes you need to fill a niche as described above.
