Depending on Team Comp I sometimes switch my Tier 3 and 5 Talents.
Tier 3: Sometimes I pick Battle Momentum
Tier 5: Sometimes I pick Rewind or Lunar Blaze
My Cast Sequence in a 1v1 (in most cases):
Lunar Flare -> Hunter's Mark -> Searing Arrows -> Owl/Heal.
Tips:
1. Try to get Hunter's Mark off BEFORE Lunar Flare hits your target
2. Use Searing Arrows IMMEDIATELY after using Hunter's Mark to finish Heroes.
3. This build really starts to shine when you hit level 16 and get the Huntress' Fury Talent
