Most professionals take Blood for Blood with Sylvanas at level 16 due to the decrease in range of the W. Normally I use W for harassment and the range helps keep Sylvanas safe as she can easily be killed when she gets too close. This is why Blood for Blood is better in my opinion. An added bonus is that Blood for Blood slows the enemy allowing you or your team to finish them off as well as restores health to Sylvanas (Which is needed as she is very squishy).
