I'm Kitchenspoon, part of the Chaos Vanguard Community,
I have been playing HotS On & Off since November and currently it's my "go-to" game. I have spent the majority of my time both in QM and HL on LiLi and the following build i find to be the most effective. Some may disagree with my talent choices but it gives me a good range of utility and brings more to a team fight than just "bucket loads of heals".
The most notable for me would be the Healing Ward, Shrink Ray and Stormshield, all of which i class as utility.
Healing Ward - This is great to place somewhere behind your team, somewhere it will not get hit by any aoe damage to provide a constant healing presence even in retreat.
Shrink Ray - Slows, reduces damage.. this really is your "anti-burstdps" tool any for me, it is mandatory.
Stormshield - Many will argue Kung-Fu-Hustle is superior, and i won't disagree it is a great trait but if you are good at positioning yourself then you shouldn't need it. More often than not the opposing team will jump in and burst dps... so using Stormshield as a initiate blocker is great, allowing them to pop their cd's and give you the upper hand.
