Main points:

Cleanse and Farsight are basically interchangeable at 7 - Just take whichever one will be more useful in that particular game.

Healing Totem with only a 30 second cooldown = good.

Earth Shield is likely the best lvl 13 talent because it turns a non-healing talent into a healing talent.

Electric Charge at lvl 1 isn't as necessary as people seem to think - the normal lightning shield has a radius that can hit an entire minion wave if positioned correctly. That's not small.

The damage build is honestly kind of silly. You're a support. You should never pick Rehgar to do damage. Bloodlust is almost always a poor pick until level 20 which is basically the entire game.
