This build is used for pushing lanes hard and not focus so much on heroes and team fights. Best use is to have a good team fight hero with you to deal with potential threats.

Variations:
Teir 1: Could take Overflowing quiver at start but Paralysis is just too good in my opinion.
Teir 4: Wailing arrow could be good if you get targeted by several heroes at once, otherwise just take mind control and run off with the hero in sight of your towers and they will deal with him/her.
Teir 6: Could be changed for Remorseless if you feel you do not need the evade and go for damage instead.
Teir 7: Could be changed to Bold of the Storm for more escape options.

For those team fight maps that you are going to encounter.

Variations:
Tier 2: Could take Witering fire instead to do more damage against fewer enemies but Lost soul is very useful in those big team fights.
Tier 3: This is really an open slot. Nothing in here helps you combat heroes really. Pick what you feel is best under the current situation.
Tier 4: This is really a hard pick. Wailing is awesome in big team fights and can turn a tide really fast. But if you got a group that spreads out well you better go for Mind Control to pick off their healers or those damaging types, running them right into the kill zone.
Tier 5: This is hard but I think this is the best choice really, could go for Will of the Forsaken to get out of those tight spots but overall you want damage reduction.
Tier 7: Once again if you wish more escape options Bolt of the Storm.
