Intro
Brightwing is easy to pick up and go because her abilities are so powerful. However she is really hard to master and be used to her fullest. In my opinion she is the best healer/support in the game. Also, Brightwing has the highest win % of any Hero according to www.hotslogs.com
This build is focused primarily on protecting your team and keeping them alive. you will not be on the front lines with this build and will not be able to dish out much damage. However you can pretty much keep your team alive forever. with the added abilities of Protective Shield, Rewind, and Storm Shield; you can support your teammates from any enemy engagements. You will always want to be paired with a teammate and if they find themselves going in too deep on a chase or push, you can provide the protection to get them out of there alive.

Sensory
Unlike any other Hero besides Abathur, you will not focus on yourself and your target. Instead you will be focusing more on your allies health and targets. I constantly look at my allies health bars and poke in with protection/healing when needed. I will never be an initiator or finisher but instead constantly be looking around the map for an injured ally, or incoming enemy Hero to Polymorph.

Arcane Flare is just used as bonus dmg for the team. Use it to push lanes, deal bonus damage to camps and enemy Heroes. Be aware this isn't an insta-cast, so you have to kite an target into the damage area. It deals a decent amount of dmg adding a little bit of versatility for Brightwing.

*****
Polymorph is one of the most powerful abilities in the game. It can interrupt certain peoples ults (Valla, Nova) and can prevent an enemy Hero from self healing (Raynor). It can also be used as an offensive tool and provide a weaker target for your teammates with the Critterize talent. I use it both offensively and defensively. If a teammate is getting ganked/chased, I will Polymorph the closest enemy so they can try and get away easier. If we are in a team fight and an enemy gets a little too deep, a poly will almost ensure their death while they deal 0 dmg for 2 sec. It's helpful at every stage of the game. Since it has a long cool down, don't over use it. find the right time catching an enemy Hero out of position.

*****
Pixie Dust is incredible for helping yourself/teammates get away from a bad situation. the increased speed is so useful in so many circumstances. Not only does it increase movement speed, but it Blocks 2 basic attacks from a Hero. I would almost always use this in conjunction with Polymorph. I use this as an offensive and defensive tool. If a teammate/self is getting chased down, this gives them a boost to get out of there AND blocks attacks for a short time. If a teammate/self is in the middle of a team fight Pixie Dust helps protect them for a short time, adding sustain to the team.

*****
Blink Heal is so versatile! It's a great Ult that lets you save a teammate from certain death, quickly get out of danger if you're near a teammate and being chased, and adds a ton of sustain to a character. I use this primarily in team fights to keep a teammate alive. I also use it to juke enemies and kite them away from battle for a short time. Since the range is pretty large, you can go off screen and teleport back to the battle or away from danger. having 2 charges is simply amazing. I will often use both charges on a single target to boost their health when things get shaky. Also, when you're out of battle, or retreating, you can use it to help keep your teammate from using their Hearthstone to go heal up at the base, keeping the pressure on the enemy. Great Ultimate!

*****
Emerald Wind is an OK ultimate. I don't use it in this build because it's more of an offensive ult than a defensive (which i tend to play). You can use Emerald Wind to push enemy Heroes into a corner allowing your team to take advantage, or if you're in a sticky situation you can get some distance from your enemy.

*****
Soothing Mist is a passive trait at first. allowing a small heal to emanate around you at a short distance. Since this is passive at first, it's hard to get tactical with it. I just always stick by another teammate for that additional heal. You can upgrade Soothing Mist to be more useful with one of your talents explained below.

Since this build is about support, just about every talent I select is for assisting my allies. I will briefly explain each one and how I would use it for this build.
