Glad you pick teleport level 1.
Second ult is better with that playstyle. Instant damage is more valuable for trait refresh.$
Ess of johan is too good to skip. Shield should be enough for sustain.
Well thats how i play it.

Good solid build which adds much needed survivability. I usually take 100% more mana regen when under 50% in tier 1.
