This is a hybrid build that I have created. It starts with improving Surging Dash, instead of Blazing Bulwark.

If you are the only tank then you want to pick <Blazing Bulwark> instead. This is the only talent I would change, only under unique circumstances. I am entirely convinced that Surging Dash is a little bit better.
As for the rest of the talents, they are the best options available. Enjoy playing with your partner, Gall!
