Tier 1: My current pick for this tier is Lost Soul as it reduces the cool down on this highly effective and heavily used talent. A close second would be With the Wind as it does increase the range of your primary spam-ability but you really want the cool down reduction on your DOT.

Tier 2: I've been playing around here a bit and haven't quite settled on this tier yet but the obvious picks are Ranger's Ambush and Envenom. Currently I'm using Ranger's Ambush but Envenom has its usefulness as well. Don't waste you time with Overflowing Quiver, if you have a full stack and you weren't moving to another area you're doing something wrong.

Tier 3: Follow Through, there's really no other choice. Sure you get some minor healing from Life Drain but it has to be on a good crowd to be worthwhile.

Tier 4: Silence them! Possession, at this point, is absolutely worthless. Sure you convert minions but you can destroy them just as fast.

Tier 5: There are some really good talents in this tier making it somewhat of a tough call but I typically have been going with Evasive Fire. I see a lot of people picking up Splinter Shot, which I can see as very useful and definitely a positive impact on DPS, but one of the things we all love is mobility.

Tier 6: Cold Embrace, it boosts your damage very nicely. Tip of the hat to Windrunner though as its usefulness comes into play if you picked up Ranger's Ambush. In theory you could pop-in, unload, pop-out and be ready to unload again. Pair this with Splinter Shot and I could see this being devastatingly deadly, although very tricky to get the hang of and time.

Tier 7: I've been going with Deafening Blast, double the silence double the fun but I've switched to using Bolt of the Storm. That darn mobility thing and this is like a get out of jail free card when you overextend yourself. I can't say Fury of the Storm isn't nice but Nexus Frenzy it is not.
