 Tyrande Improved Sentinel can not only reveal your position on the map, but also damage you from great distances. Since Abathur is a hero with low HP, this ability of Tyrande's, when used effectively, can be lethal.

 Mephisto If Consume Souls (heroic) is chosen, will be a problem at lvl 20 with Consumed by Hatred (talent improvement).

 Kel'Thuzad If for some reason you get exposed on the map and Kel´thuzad decides to go after you, Chains of Kel'thuzad, Frost Nova, Death and Decay (basic abilities) + Frost Blast (heroic) combo attack will become a secure death sentence.

 Nova Pinning Shot (basic ability) + Triple Tap (heroic) can screw you, but you can save yourself if you are close to different structures like walls, forts or towers that can mitigate the damage -can use your Deep Tunnel (Z) to escape-.

 Samuro Wind Walk + Mirror Image + Bladestorm (heroic) combo attack will leave you vulnerable if you are not directly observing your position, i.e., if Abathur is using Symbiote on an ally.

 Zeratul Same as Samuro: Singularity Spike or Blink + Cleave (basic abilities) will leave you with no choices. Zeratul's Stealth will become your worst enemy 'cause you will not sees him at the mini map (unless he's on a team fight).

 Valeera Blade Furry and Eviscerate (basic abilities) can blind, stun and silence. Both abilities (not to mention the improvements of these talents) can drive you to madness if Valeera chooses to chase you as long you remain alive.

 Tracer Tracer can use her talents Blink, Melee, Reload, Pulse Bomb, and Recall to quickly close the distance, deal damage, and return to the position she was in 3 seconds prior. When used effectively, this is enough time to eliminate an enemy with low HP as Abathur.

 Nova Nova will lost her stealth trait if you use your Toxic Nest (basic ability) strategically around the global map. With the lvl 1 talent improvement Envenomed Nest and lvl 7 talent improvement Vile Nest, she will get more damage, -10 Armor and 40% Slow Movement. These upgrades will give you more escape time if Nova tries to approach your position, while also dealing significantly more base damage.

 Jaina Jaina's Frostbite trait can reduce your move speed if she attacks you. Frostbolt, Cone of Cold and Blizzard (basic abilities) not just can slow down and kills you quickly, also can destroy your nests.

 Lunara Wisp and lvl 1 talent improvement Sentinel Wisp can reveal the position of your nests near Lunara's wisp. Noxious Blossom (basic ability) or basic attacks can destroy them. Lunara can approach to you and use Leaping Strike (heroic), but if you are faster than her, you can escape temporarely (hoping she leaves the position) using your Ultimate Evolution (heroic).
