Here are my top 5 builds i like to use for their proper synergies which ive tested in pvp and against bots for comparison, the first one is one of the best options imo. Top
Still a work in progress as i tidy up this guide and make it more visually digestible...
I was inspired by the following guide to make this one, so i gotta give credit where credit is due and i just realized i blindly missed all the good formatting and link/picture related stuff i was asking for help with earlier to make the guide look nice lol

The Classic Perma Wrath Perma WW Style Builds.... Theyre back and heres how they work. Top
So after tons of testing i believe ive nailed down the only 5 combos id ever recommend for a Wrathserker WW themed barb. Theres another guide out there with an amazing build you can tweak to your liking that focuses on leap that i love but i played d3 religiously and have some crazy cumulative no life 4.6k hour across my characters on that game before i took my hiatus for destiny and now HoTS.
These all fit my play style except for the last 2 but theyre damn fun anyways and i cant imagine not using them. But i just want you to focus on the first 3 as those are really the only builds you would wanna run since the other two are more tanky and despite what some might say i dont consider Sonya much of a tank but more of a DPS focused specialist.

The Basic Rundown & Your Options Top
You just need to find a combo that your comfortable running with that allows you to cycle through your skills to take advantage of either using your ancient spear with the cool down on it like with the build below, so your using WW with dirt devil as long as possible and keeping up wrath the whole time so your as mobile as possible while putting out mean damage. As soon as you run out of your self healing tanky WW and dmg from wrath you then should already have ancient spear, allowing you to then get a couple hits in and use then to re-enter the wrath tornado dmg dealing self healing tornado mode.
^ dust devils & ^ 50% more WW
You can also try and lean the other direction by relying on cycling all your abilities and using no escape to keep you on the move while wrath stays up for damage/mobility with seismic hammer for more damage and stacking defense with stuff like block and spell shield, you can even ditch block for shot of fury since thats technically using another skill allowing you to gain the effect from no escape even once more.

^ Spell Shield & ^ Mobility
^ Healing & ^ Defense
Now to the point, or more like the finer points... -Talent Unlock Option #1 lvl 1 Top

You can opt for the seismic slam uprade in slot 2 if you prefer, you can easily get away with the pve defensive one where it might help you out more on some maps or if you like to run solo a lot. The only other ability is pretty much a waste next to gaining health off normal attacks which shouldnt be happening that often in the first place.
So the only real option imo is to go with more up time on not only one of your only few generators but also a nice skill for moving from enemy to enemy and controlling your position to the best of your ability.

For your 3rd slot you should always pick up the huge aoe bonus to seismic slam since every setup is gonna utilize seismic slam since it will always cost less unless u set it to run better than WW. So then theres the heal option there but as you can see i only use it on the monstrous solo styled build that tanks like a mad man, but thats just not my play style and fury is for damage not healing imo.

Talent Unlock Option #4:
So obviously your heroic option is up to you but were focusing on full up time on wrath so you always have the bonus which is unbelievably easy to keep up as long as your in any fight.
-Talent Unlock Option #5 lvl 13 Top
Now for slot 5 weve got quite a few options but hands down your best bet is gonna be the option that keeps you from getting CCed as easily and allows you to heal up better, nothings better than a player who can dps, tank, and heal at an alarming rate like this.
Since you should never focus entirely on ancient spear the only othjer options would be the double tornado aka dust devils for more damage in the other builds i have listed, or the amazing defense bonus to balance out with the initial block unlock you start with so both special and normal dmg from heroes is reduced.
-Talent Unlock Option #6 lvl 16 Top
Now this is the option your really gonna wanna decide on for yourself regardless of any of my builds. You should run any of them except the spear one again as its a useless skill to invest your entire character into unless you are unbelievably good with it and can somehow get in and out of fights kill stealing with it, thats all i can imagine it doing as of now.
I dont like sitting on buffs or having an oh $#** button to fall back on, so i prefer imposing presence as you can see.
Really what your looking at is do you wanna have longer WW which could negatively impact your wrath time if used incorrectly or would you rather have more speed which imo counts as a form of offense and defense, itll get you into the fight and get the kill quicker while slipping you out of some hairy situations you might not have otherwise (keep in mind these builds your gonna be spamming your abilities so often it basically always gonna be active... nearly always at least.

Lastely heres the last two already noted setups ive been turning to the most... Top
