Hey all. Here's the short down and dirty:

Regeneration Master @ level 20 = 30-70 hp/s. I've hit 100 hp/s during longer games. Tyrael jumps in and out of fights frequently making this talent amount to a lot of extra hp. Purge Evil is good as well if you want a little more damage. I choose regen because purge evil will make your smite damage go up @ level 20 50-100 damage (vs someone who has 3-5k life this does not do a lot), whereas if you're regening at 50-100/second you have a greater advantage overall during duels or team fights.

Amplified Healing works on heals, orbs, fountains, and with regen master.

Battle momentum because your basic / heroic skills are awesome and you want to use them. This equates to roughly a 30-40% cool down reduction if you get a few basic attacks in.

Judgment nuff said.

Imposing Will 50% slow is awesome in all cases...chasing, kiting, running the **** away, dueling. If you want more damage and better creep killing or if you have a **** ton of healing support and can be in the middle of team fights for an extended period of time try Burning Rage.

Blood for blood because it's ranged and it's a net 30% swap (10% damage + 20% life = net ~30).

Hardened Shield use this and Imposing Will at the same time for a 4 second slow.

Here's my one recommendation:

Learn when to engage. As Tyrael you'll most likely be the one choosing when your team is going to fight. Sometimes you'll want to shoot in with Judgement and kill a dps as a surprise **** you and then hope to jump out while your teams dps is pushing through. Or you'll need to wait for an over extended enemy during the fight to finish them off. Or you'll need to interrupt a channeling ultimate. Or just chase off a dps that is wrecking your team. The short of all of this is - understand each teams positioning and current status and then exploit as needed. Judgement is powerful when used at the right time and can turn the battle in your favor. Don't always be like a teen and blow your load in the first few seconds.
