With this build you may feel like the master of the universe.

This build is primarily a hero destroyer. Just keep in mind that you are very vulnerable so don't get greedy.

once you get your icy veins and northern exposure you will kill every hero you see in 3 hits or less with your frostbolt reduced cooldown on chilled targets as a finisher.

This build is made to maintain lane soaking as well as high damage output.
If you don't mind hearthing more often you can also exchange Tier 2 Arcane Intellect for Frost Shards to maximize damage instead of mana return.
