Very hard, but very possible.
When you see his blur(cloak) Aim your Blizzard - Either you hit him, apply chilled to him and wreck him with your frostbolts, or he will blink in on you and still uncloak himself, then you hit Cone of Cold, apply chilled and just frostbolt him instead.
The key here is: SAVE - YOUR - FROSTBOLTS UNTIL HE IS CHILLED |

You need to dodge her snipe - Get hit and you are dead basically - Fight her near walls if she goes for Triple Trap, or try and wreck her before she gets going - But as I said, if her snipe hits - You are dead. |
