The idea behind this build is to keep your opponents chilled long enough to abuse them with your Q ability. Basically gives Jaina a Li Ming/Chromie/Medivh kind of feel. Very high damage potential with this build. Def not the greatest Jaina build out there but an extremely viable plan B build if you want to explore other avenues.

Combo:

1) ALWAYS initiate with your E to cast the chill effect on targets.
2) Spam away with the Q ability
3) Sneak in blizzards as you see fit but continue to abuse targets with your Q.
