The thing i like the most about Kharazim is to move in fight to rescue or to make dmg with the ability to get out again. Thats why these builds concentrate on the Radiant Dash Ability
to move quickly.
Dash Monk Top
Trait (Level 1):
This build concentrates on the effect of the Trait "Insight"
if you have completed your quest. The good thing is that you get cdr on your Dash
for hitting things and you will normally never get out of mana.
1. Talent (Level 4)
The good thing about your good friend your Mystic ally is the posibilty to jump to him. Especially the Air Ally
gives us great moving potential because you have 2 Stacks you can use with 20 sec cooldown. Its effective you can use it to get over walls, you can use it as a ward or to get in and out.
2. Talent (Level 7)
Of course you want to have the possibility to jump as much as you can. With this talent you can dash
3 times which is awesome to get in and out.
Ultimate (Level 10)
To have the ability to kill isolated targets you can use the Seven-Side-Strike
.
3. Talent (Level 13)
You can say it, well all love dashing monks xD Thats why we love CDR thats why we use the talent Fists of Fury
. if we dash and activate our e and we can do dmg we get a lot of cooldown reduction and can Dash more often (and heal).
4. Talent (Level 16)
On this talent we can go crazy finally: Way of the Hundred Fists
. If you jump to an enemy you will attack him 6 times while staying in range. The 6 hits will give you 2 sec CDR on all your normal Abilities. For using Dash as often as possible you will get 3 Dashes with 6 sec CDR an all your abilities.
First Ability: Radiand Dash with 12 Sec Cooldown New Cooldown: 6 Sec
Second Ability: Breath of Heaven with 8 Sec Coodown New Cooldown: 2 Sec
Third Ability: Deadly Reach with 10 Sec Cooldown New Cooldown: 4 Sec
if you use all 3 dashes with the volley of basic attacks
This means we can use your Dashes to get lower Cooldowns on normal abilities while making damage.
Ultimate improvement or more Dashes:
For more Nuking-Potential take Transgression so you have can get rid of 77% pf the targets max life if your target is isolated. The problem is you cant cancel your ultimate to chase faster.
If you want to dash even more take Epiphany so you get instantly 2 more dashes and 33 % of your max. Mana.
Rescue Monk Top
This build focusses on having the ability to heal as much as possible within a second while dashing to an endangered ally
Trait (Level 1):
You still need mana to use your heal as often as possible so take Insight
and the CDR is also essential to keep healing as often as possible.
1. Talent (Level 4)
To have the ability to get to your mates fast also take the Air Ally
to have the ability to dash twice as far.
2. Talent (Level 7)
Of course we want to have the possibility to jump as much as you can. With this talent you can dash
3 times which is awesome to get in and out and will improve our healing later.
Ultimate (Level 10)
You want to save people so take Divine Palm
. From now on you have one purpose: Save everybody you can.
3. Talent (Level 13)
So you and your ally will escape better take Quicksilver
you and your friend will have 130 % movementspeed for 3 Sec.
4. Talent (Level 16)
On Lvl 16 you finally get your rewards for leveling: your healing is improved with Dash of light
when you jump to an ally
BUT this only works on the mate you jumped to. To visualize the numbers on Lvl 20:
Normal Heal: 636
Dash Heal: 953 for your ally and 636 for the rest mates and you
Double Heal: 477 twice so 953 (taken from the try-mode puppet with
Ultimate improvement/Shield/more Dashes:
If you wanted to save a mate and he doesn't die and you think this will happen more often than you can take, chose Peaceful Repose
so if your Divine Palm doesnt get triggerd you now have only a 5 sec cooldown.
If you want to dash even more take Epiphany so you get instantly 2 more dashes and 33 % of your max. Mana or to shield your team take Storm Shield

Overheal inc Top
This build is for overwhelming heal.
Trait (Level 1):
You want to heal so you gonna use your hands
so every third attack will heal you and your nearby allies for 75,92 HP (+ 4% per Lvl)
1. Talent (Level 4)
Because Kharzim has an ally who can heal
chose him for fiths so our friends get a lot of heal through him. To be fair he has to live long enough. He heals 1,95 % of the targets max life for 10 sec means 19,5 % of your max life.
2. Talent (Level 7)
To heal more from your passive and use it more often take Balzing Fists so your cooldown of Deadly Reach gets reduced by ever 3rd Basic Attack by 0,75 sec.
If the time has come and you need improved movement speed from your heal for your ally and yourself, take Heavenly Zeal.
Small note: Movementspeed bonuses from heal and dash dont get added so it will never be higher than 130 %.
Normal movementspeed: 100 %
with Heal: 115 %
with Healupgrade: 130 %
With Healupgrade and Dash-Movementspeed: 130 %
Ultimate (Level 10)
You want to save people so take Divine Palm
. From now on you have one purpose: Save everybody you can.
3. Talent (Level 13)
Because you want to heal more while staying in the fight you have to take Fists of Fury to have an longer Attackspeedbonus from your Deadly Reach which stacks with your heal passive.
Normal Transcendence: 1243 Healing (on Lvl 20 on puppet in try-mode)
Extended Trancendence: 2209 Healing (on Lvl 20 on puppet in try-mode)
4. Talent (Level 16)
To be more effective in healing your group you need an improved aoe heal which leads to Echo of Heaven. We now no longer 100 % Heal, we heal vor 75 % two times which healps your team to recover.
Normal Heal: 636
Dash Heal: 953 for your ally and 636 for the rest mates and you

Lvl 20 in perfect conditions:
Use your Deadly reach to heal: 2209 Heal (whole duration)
Use your Ally: 1,95 % max life heal/sec for 10 sec 19,5 % max life heal
Use your Breath of Heaven to heal: 477 and again 477 after 3 sec
In Total: 3162 HP heal + 19,5 % max life

Full Damage Dash
Like the Dash Monk but focuses more on his Trait to do more dmg when jumping, lacks the cdr.
Bruce Lee Fun build:
Take on Lvl 7 and lvl 13 the upgrade for your Deadly reach so you will use the combination of your Mana Trait CDR and the CDR using your extended Deadly reach for every 3rd Basic attack. If a target really wants to fight with you, your Kharazim will always have your e up as long as you are fighting and faster healing and never getting oom :)
