Li-ming is my favorite hero, i've got her up to level 300. I am a ~Platinum 2 player. I usually go 9-0 in ranked or somewhere around that. This build sacrifices wave of force, which is a great interupt for mosh pit, for more damage. Disintigrate allows you to get the finishing damage on targets, and provides ming with better wave clear. The calamity build is an easy way to E-left click and not miss, ensuring a high damage output. Power hungry is a must have level one ability. Ming synergies well with Alexstraza W build because she can drop her Regen Globes which grant ming 10% spell power for 20 seconds and restore her mana. Dominance is great because it regenerates health upon takedowns. Calamity is easy point and click damage. Disintigrate adds to her damage pool with a good bit of versatility, just make sure to swipe the laser away from a deflecting Genji. I found this to be a faster option rather than canceling it. Illusionist grants you 50% teleport range, and upon taking a good amount of damage, it reduces the cooldown instantly. Diamond skin is a must have against poison and KT, because it can save you from getting Pyorblasted to death. Tal Rasha's elements ties everything together because it allows you to reset the entire team and gain even more spell lower, but it can also be subbed for archon: pure power at 20 if you need to take out the core or forts/keeps quickly, and it can be used in teamfights as well as long as you're quick to deactivate it and blink away, granting yourself a shield.
