Level By Level Notes:

1) Even with the recent nerf to Astral Presence, Li Ming still finds herself very capable of staying out in the field for very long periods of time without having to fully recall do to lack of mana. Strong Talent.

4) Dominance might be Li Mings 2nd more underrated talent. I always used it even when everyone else was using Ess of Johan. The healing on this talent is EXTREMELY viable and combined with the instant refresh Li Ming gets on her abilities...Dominance makes Li Ming that much harder to take down if she is active in securing kills. Also this talent gets stronger as she does.

7) Adds an extreme amount of burst damage to your spammy Q ability. Combined with the level 13 talent, this makes the Q ability one no hero can withstand for long.

10) The addition at level 20 makes this the clear cut choice between the heroics. Not to mention with a measly 20 second cooldown, you can use this ability for virtually anything.

13) Adds an extreme amount of AA burst when using your Q ability. Combined with the level 7 talent, this makes the Q ability one no hero can withstand for long.

16) An EXTREMELY viable defensive talent to help Li Ming survive long engagements. Even with its recent nerf, the shield is strong enough to get Li Ming through tough encounters when used properly.

20) X FACTOR TALENT. The 60% slow BY FAR is the most overlooked talent in Li Mings entire kit. Plain and simple...what you laser becomes a guaranteed kill in any team fight. Add on the instant ability refresh and....#GG
