 Sonya Although Sonyas gap closer is good, it makes her a piece of cake to root and escape in no time.

 Nova Nova is usually a pain in the butt, but Moonfire out-ranges her by a mile and she has no good get-away abilities.

 Valla Vallas escape has a fairly long cooldown making her an easy target for a good rooting.

 Chen Chen is a handful because of his low cooldowns and lack of mana. Hel'll be all over you in lane and you wont be able to do much about it

 Illidan Illidans ability to close gaps and dodge your roots makes him a difficult target to hit and is no fun to verse against.

 Tassadar Zeratuls blink makes him extremely mobile and prone to dodging you abilities as well as his high output of damage.

Malfurion is an excellent support in the game and to some is considered the best *cough* Rehgar *cough*.
however he can be used as a great ranged DPS mage. His roots allow him to lock down opponents and his Moonfire ability creates the opportunity to deal some serious damage to multiple targets at a time. With the correct positioning you can dominate every team fight from the back-lines as well as keep your allies alive with the help of Engrowth

Pros

    - Can deal a lot of damage if Moonfire and his "R" are used appropriatly
    - As well as mucho DPS, can heal himself and allies to maintain moral
    - Extremely far range for the amount of damage output.

Cons

    - Very squishy
    - Must have good positioning during team fights
    - Not the best healing (since this is a DPS build)
    - Rough early game
