Fully concentrate on Pulling ennemies with a powerfull imploding orb while casting Missiles.
This is how much damage I can do with this build in 16 min, I never did this with any other characters

To me Li-Ming is the best single target DPS in the game right now

What I usually do when I see everyone in the same point, you can chain cast Missile to get a first tower down SUPER QUICKLY (3sec CD). You can't always do it but when the lane is free because everyone is fighting on the first minutes (blackheart bay map for example)

MISSILES -> 0,1 sec -> ORBS -> AUTO ATTACK
or
MISSILES -> 0,1 sec -> ORBS -> DESINTEGRATE -> AUTO ATTACK

Only use E defensively, never engage with it

Basically what you're trying to do is to get the first ennemy you see in your max range of the orbs, cast missile so they start tarvelling, cast orbs so it's 3/4 damage the ennemy target + 3 missile hiting them (one shot) -> repeat with the global CD reset. This is just insane
