Level 1 :
Lightning Bond is the way to go there. Shields on you and an ally is really good, target a melee friendly and jump people with him with the shield on and your enemy melt, you can also place totem and place the lightning shield on that to clear waves or hard and light camps really fast.

Cleanse you pick this because its pure awesomeness. You can save many lives with this 1 second unstoppable, i cant count how many times people got out of stuns roots and saved their lives. Just pick it, if not you can go

Earth Shield The shield people gain from this is very good. It can also turn fights around, annoy them in lane even more, shielding a minion takes 1 or 2 extra hits to kill. Good if you are gonna solo camps aswell. At this point you shouldn't go alone anyway. If you feel your healing is not enough you can pick

Level 16 :
Rising Storm Its REALLY amazing if you have a good tank that goes in, stay on the enemnies all the time. Amazing synergy with
Diablo because of his charging in and also
Muradin. The damage stack so high and the enemies will be scared. You can go
Earthgrasp Totem if you need more CC, but
Rising Storm is the way to go.

Storm Shield Its an amazing shield for everyone. It helps your team push the enemies with ease and they dont have to worry dying in the first place. If you feel you need more healing done you can pick
Farseer's Blessing for a stronger heal and more AOE heal. But
Storm Shield in my opinion is stronger.
