this is the current build I have been running on Rexxar. i like it alot actually it seems to work well gives you just that little bit of range on your q for poke kills after a stun or a slow to catch the person. this is a Hunter build! eh eh get it lol i use this to mainly chase down people. also flare is wonderful against pesky zeratuls and novas.
