Play aggressive and use Impaling Blades (a little behind the enemy hero) before you use Primal Grasp, otherwise you'll waste a lot of potential damage.

Your rotation should be Ravage to engage, Impaling Blades + Primal Grasp for stun + damage, and then use Ravage again to chase and finish the kill.
