Introduction Top

Hello guys, strom here. Sorry if this guide have some syntax problem since english isn't my main language.
I am an avis hots player since i got the beta a couple months ago and since then i try to get familiarized with new heroes as soon as they get released. I got Sylvanas yesterday and got her to level 7 in one strike. I was pretty pleased with my play with her and decided to post my first guide here.

Talents Top

This guides are in no way Pro or Hero League optimized and i will try to get them updated as i continue playing with her.

Tier 1

I was really tempted to take Lost Soul at first. Being able to Dagger must often in my mind was really making a difference between winning or losing a fight but after trying a couple a game with Barbed Shot synergized with Splinter Shot and Unstable Poison i have realized that it have potential of faster clears than Lost Soul

Tier 2

Paralysis can help you solo bruiser camps earlier in the fight. In every other situations you can skip it for something that can help your damage.
Overflowing Quiver imply that you don't spam your Q. I can't figure out why you would be at full stack of Whitering Fire. This talent is a major loss of damage.
Ranger's Ambush Can really make the difference when chasing someone and have around the same damage potency than Envenom. Depends on you honestly. Both are good choice in this tier.

Tier 3

Unstable Poison Allow fast minion and merc clear as well as doing splash damage to heroes who try to push with mercs and minions. Useful for laning.
Life Drain is a viable pick for survivability, but the amount heal is too unstable. You should consider only if you are solo and facing a dangerous opponent. It is a sure skip if you have a support or a warrior with you. In that case i would take Unstable Poison or Follow Through
Too much better alternatives to ever consider Mercenary Lord and Shade Form.

Tier 4

Wailing Arrow: Best Heroic. Damage and silence
Possession: No reason to take that over Wailing Arrow.

Tier 5

Overwhelming Affliction: Good CC but i still prefer Evasive Fire that can do both catch up a target or get out faster.
Evasive Fire: Extra speed to catch up on your prey or get out of there
Splinter Shot: Good laning/merc talent and synergize with tier 1 and tier 2 talents
Spell Shield: Only useful if you pit against high damage ranged heroes

Tier 6

Windrunner : Useful to get out of a thigh spot but better talents out there.
Cold Embrace: In a group situation everything is literally melting down with this talent. Top pick.
Will of the Forsaken:an interesting ability, but I find that Evasive Fire is more beneficial overall for increased mobility/kiting.
Blood for Blood:Survivability

Tier 7

Deafening Blast is the top pick if you can deal with not have Bolt of the Storm that depends on the enemy team composition.
