 Valla As Sylvanas you counter Valla in almost every single way, so don't worry about laning against her.

 Illidan Illidan is not a threat to Sylvanas at any point of the game. His Evasion ability is next to useless against you since it only makes him evade basic attacks, meaning all four of your low cooldown abilities will damage him.
