Clemency lets you target an ally with Inquisition for healing at no mana cost, but the most important part is that its cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds.

High Inquisitor makes it so you never need mana.
Heal allies with Desperate Plea up to 3 times, cast Inquisition to get your mana back or Clemency if you can't reach an enemy to do so.

Intercession is a Cleanse, and the Desperation you gain will give you mana after casting Inquisition.

Scarlet Aegis and Divine Reckoning are both very good ultimates, but the first one requires less coordination and negates burst damage on your team.

Self-Righteous will make it so you have more sustain while focusing on healing teammates.
The other two talents are really good if you use them properly, this one is more safe overall.

Radiance goes very well with your playstyle, willing to reach maximum desperation to heal your teammates, then get your mana back!

Subjugation is an amazing tool to reduce the damage a diver can deal, and it's on an 11 sec cooldown! (14-3)
Other talents are really good too, depending on the map, your team, and the enemy team. But this one is always a safe choice.
