Cho is the part of the Hero's head who controls the movement and it the tank. He is the way to get around so you either should be playing with a friend with Skype (etc.) on or be able to type fast to communicate with the other head. He also takes no mana up for his moves so take advantage of this by using his moves once the CD is done. Anyways, lets get into the talents....

Tier 1

Surging Dash is to make Cho's Surging Fist a little less predictable. It increases the speed and range of the move by 25% so this makes things like ganks better. Try to use you're Surging Dash to get in to battles and then use Consuming Blaze for the DMG over time and the heals. Combo with you're partner to clean up the battlefield!

Tier 2

Rollback is a very important talent to the very important move Rune Bomb. Rune Bomb is one of you're top damage sources and needs a lot of cooperation with the other user who is Gall. If you done have a way to talk to each other over Skype or the phone, don't worry because Cho will yell out "Bomb's Away!" to indicate that he is releasing Rune Bomb. Rollback is a very helpful talent because this is a hard move to aim correctly due to it's slow movement. With Roleback, this allows Gall to detonate Rune Bomb on the way back from the path. As Cho you can make Rune Bomb curve on the way back making it helpful if the skillshot was a bit off.
