Hey guys, I'm Dominic 'DomDominator' and I started playing as Gall in the first day when I acquired him from the event. I was very excited for this hero because of the ability to play him with someone else. Mainly as an assassin player Gall was obvious choice for me while playing as Cho'gall. Happily I was able to play a lot of games with my friend with the use of voice chat - what is very important if you want to really master Cho'gall and be a great threat to the enemy team. With this guide and this build you can easily secure kills for your team, do mercenary camps and also push fortifications very easily.
You may or may not already look at the threats descirbed above, however if you did you may think that those shows too high threat for hero like Cho'gall. In that case please take into consideration their powerful and also not powerful abilities which may stun you sometimes even more than once and if you are in bad position you may end waiting few seconds.
In this guide I will explain what is my preferred build and play style for this hero. Any feedback will be appreciated. Anyone who is following this build and communicate with
Cho can achieve both the highest siege and hero damage in any match.

Shadowflame A very useful ability with low cooldown. This ability can be used at anytime and on anyone or anything, mainly with its low cooldown you can just spam
Shadowflame for example while doing mercenary camp. You should also use the ability on the minion waves, try to hit the all by a single use. It is very good if you are chasing a hero on low health, especially with edgeofmadness talent which may add some damage and secure a kill for your team.

Dread Orb This ability is quite handy on minion waves while your team-mate
Cho is going to the objective or to help someone, you can just use this ability on minion waves and be sure that it will hit them once or twice - in that case you do not lose anything and also possibly makes it easier for friendly mercenaries and minions to go near turrets, fort and keeps. You can naturally use this ability on enemy heroes and fortifications. Mainly cast the ability as you enter your lane and it will possibly hit hero or structure if not someone may just walk into it.

Runic Blast This ability is probably the most enjoyable abilities except the ultimate, however to use it well I suggest you to use voice char with your team-mate in order to secure few kills or to damage enemy structures from distance. I would also advise to take siphoninhrunes at level 4 in order to also receive some self sustain which may be helpful to go back throw few bombs and refill health quicker in order to push the enemy team again.

Twisting Nether This ultimate is not my usual choice as it has longer cooldown and in my opinion it is as damaging as shadowboltvolley however you may want to pick this ultimate because of its 40% slow which may be good if you have heroes like
Tychus in your team.

Shadow Bolt Volley Great ultimate with a short cooldown, mainly because of 60 seconds cooldown you can use it to secure an easy kill for your team. If you will see squishy but powerful heroes like
Kael'thas or
Zeratul you can easily use it to kill them if you think they may escape - it is also important to communciate with
Cho before using this heroic ability. It is very powerful in teamfights especially with
Shadowfury at level 20, but even without it you can secure even 3 or 4 kills if used in good moment. Primarily if you see that most heroes are low or half hp you can easily use it to kill them but it also depends on situation and players themselves but to give a view from perspective I used to kill heroes like
Nova ,
Lunara,
Sylvanas,
Tychus etc. very easily if you will be lucky you may even kill the whole selection :) - of course if you encounter such team composition.

Hurry Up, Oaf! This ability is very useful if you want to quickly escape at low hp or just run for your life. Again it is very important to talk about this with your team-mate
Cho in order to successfully make use of this ability.
