If you pick Seasoned Marksman shouldn't you go for Nexus Blades at lvl 20? Maybe take Sprint lvl 13 if you need an escape...
I tried Fury of the Swarm+Battle Momentum, and while it reduced my cooldowns very effectively in lane/mercs, in teamfights was not so good.
