This build (if used correctly) is very powerful. All you have to do is Hit someone with your Q, W, E, Then 1. After that has been done attack them with whatever you can, they should be very low. That is for Early game. Late game when you have Essence for Essence, do the same but use Envenom last. So it should be. Q, W, E 2, 1. If you didn't kill them and you have Psionic Shift, if they try to run away you can just teleport to them and that should throw them off guard, and you could hit em' with some base attacks or your Q and that should Kill them.
