Rehgar Rehgar can get to you and punish you, but if you are positioned properly he is going to melt and at best get a swap. He shouldn't be an issue.
2
Malfurion Malfurion's roots can make you an easy burst target, but they are easy to dodge. Stay out of the slow-growing circle and you will be fine.

Diablo Diablo is great at moving you from a safe location to a very bad position in the middle of a scrum. Position yourself just close enough to heal your allies, but far enough you can't be re-positioned. If he starts to charge you, hit him with a grenade.
6
Dehaka Dehaka likes to show up out of bushes and drag you into the front lines. Your best bet it to dodge his skill shot and always be aware of bushes.
6
Artanis Artanis has a swap that can get you into trouble. Stay out of range of the swap and push him back with a grenade if you see him. If he gets the jump on you with twin blades, he is slow enough you should be able to kite him, provided you survive.
6
Stitches Stay away from the hook or behind minions when fighting Stitches and you should be fine.

Genji Genji has really great and dive and burst damage. Make sure you are aware of where he is at all times and avoid at all costs.
10
Tracer Tracer's high mobility make her very hard to deal with. Your best bet it to stay close enough to a damage dealer so she thinks twice about the dive.
10
Zeratul Zeratul's stealth and burst damage make him incredibly dangerous. If you catch him in stealth, you can push him away and break it using a grenade and hope your team can peel for you (assuming they aren't in stasis).

Build Notes Top

The Triage Build focuses on keeping important allies alive. Grenades are used to push enemies away from a low health hero (or back into your lines for a kill on occasion). Vanadium shield helps mitigate damage to allies when stunned up and the increased length for the heal and the stim should allow a severely damaged ally to back out to safety.

In my experience, this build works best in lower tiers or QM when your allies like to dive too deep and need bailed out.
