Summary Top

Lt. Morales is by far the strongest healer in the game, being able to keep teammates alive during crazy circumstances, her only downside being her squishyness. Lt. Morales paired up with basic attack heroes can become an insane combo due to her Heroic Stimpack. If you are on a map that requires the team to move around quickly, her other Heroic Medivac can transport the whole team from 1 point of the map to another within a matter of seconds.

Getting the Medivac Dropship in most public matches is generally going to end with you having a wasted Heroic, but on rare occasions pubs will properly coordinate. Here is an example of the Medivac Dropship on Cursed Hollow, probably the best map for the Medivac Dropship. The video is also a fine example of how not to use the Stimpack Drone as shown by the Red Team.

Trauma Trigger combined with the Level 16 Inoculation will make you hard to burst down in fights. If you feel the enemy team will not get much of a chance to target you, go with Prolonged Safeguard.

Level 4 is pretty much a no-brainer, Bioshield is just way too good to pass up, the other 3 talents just don't measure up.

I would consider Level 7 to be the most even of the talent levels on Lt. Morales, excluding Clear! all 3 talents are extremely useful but very situational. Get Irradiate if most of your team is melee and tanky and you are needing some extra damage. Get Calldown: MULE if you don't feel you will need Crowd Control midigation or extra DPS, this will allow you to keep lanes alive effectively. Get Cleanse if the opposing team is very CC heavy and you are confident you can land it effectively.

Both of these Heroics are extremely powerful if used right. I would honestly suggest getting Stim Drone in most solo queue matches unless your team seems to follow pings very well. If you are in a well coordinated group, Medivac Dropship can be a GIANT gamechanger, But so can Stim Drone. Think about what map you are on and what your team composition is. If you have a basic attack hero like The Butcher, Raynor, Valla, Sgt. Hammer etc. You are most likely going to benefit more from Stim Drone. but if you are on a map like Cursed Hollow for example, or Infernal Shrines, Medivac Dropship can benefit the team greatly, granted you get them all into it effectively and in a timely manner for it to be useful. It can also be very effective for cutting off escaping teams, or making final pushes on a low health core, or quickly getting a boss, or leaving a boss to get an objective. There are many uses for Medivac Dropship but they all require coordination, so choose wisely.

In some matches you are going to want to get Intensive Care but if you find yourself getting hurt quite frequently and are unable to stay alive easily, get Couples Therapy.

The recommended talent for this level is definitely Inoculation, combined with Trauma Trigger at Level 1 it will keep you alive very well and will keep whoever you place it on alive through massive damage hits like a Pyroblast hit.

The obvious talent you are going to want to get is Caduceus Reactor 2.0 because of the mana regen.
Transfusion is not really useful because 2 seconds is not that long of a time and seeing as your damage is pretty minimal comparitively to most heroes it doesn't really benefit you to have the Stim Drone on you all that much.
I have yet to see much use for the Medbay especially considering your Medivac Dropship will generally be used as an entrance to a fight and not an exit. Time may prove to see this being used as a strong healing ward.
Storm Shield is really not worth losing the mana/health regen of Caduceus Reactor 2.0 which will keep you healing allies longer.

Keep in mind that Lt. Morales is brand new so some changes may come to this build. I will keep the build updated to any changes to the hero. As with any new hero, some nerfs/buffs will come to some talents and abilities. Check back here after any changes to Lt. Morales to see if it affects the build at all.
