Sylvanas by MORGEN

Paralysis worked before well, because the towers standing longer silent after a hit.
So you can get a better position and you eat not so much damage!

After the no longer exists, i chose to made more demage with the mercenarys on Heroes and Buildungs.

Your goal is to destroy fast all tower and fortress to get the citadel!
Don't be scared to get close on a tower you are a ``tower killer´´ and you paralyse them!
Sylvanas is the best in Solo but can work well in a team push.

Level 1 Top

	Overflowing Quiver is a situational Talent is much picked by many Players but Withering Fire have NO EFECT on the HEROES.
	Dreadful Wake is a new situational Talent is no good replace for Paralysis. But Dreadful Wake it is not usless. Black Arrows Efect holding a longer Time from 1s to 7s. This Efect gives 5 Mana back for every hitted Minion and Mercenary.
	Mercenary Queen , this Talent is now the best Option! The Artillery-Mercenarys destroy now faster the structures. What help us to clean fast a Lane. A frequently understated talent of Sylvanas
	Paralysis was onece the best Option! This perfect Talent is taking out of the game by Blizzard.

Level 4 Top

	Withering Barrage is not the best Talent Option but a situational choose. Withering Fire get 1 extra shot and works 33% faster. (PvP Talent)
	With the Wind is the best Option! The extra range can help you kill a Oponent who is near death and get a tower better before you get hit!
	Lost Soul have not enough effect for a good use!

Level 7 Top

	Barbed Shot This is a good Talen when you wanna play as Mercenary Queen Build, but not in this Build. (It was once the best choos on Level1 before Paralysis came and is here on Level 7 a waste because Possession is a must have for Sylvanas! )
	Unstable Poison is a TOY-Talent extra damage by exploding Minions bring not the demage for high Ranking and it is not effective enough against players and buildings! (It Standing behind Barbed Shot and for sure behind Possession. )
	Possession This Talent is a must have, this is the replace of the only cool Super back as Talent and this one makes sure you survive on a fortress when the infantry came. (You can shoot on the Middle guy and stop the entrie Troop)

Level 10 - Heroic Abilitys Top

	Mind Control is a very poor replace for Obsession´but the major Problem with this Super is you become an Easy Target. Sylvanas can't move by controlling other Players/K.I. also this Super is only fun part and not realy usefull!
	Wailing Arrow This Talent was before a waste, because the effect working not by Heroes and Buildings! Now it stuns Heroes and damage better as before, but it is hard to control. A Sitational Super but better as Mind Control.
	ObsessionThis talent was the best Heroic Ability for Sylvanas. The first apearance was like the Possession useful for self-defense, the Opposing lines, later strong to collect a Minion Army (very cool with Mercenaries-Artilery).
	At Talent 20 Queen's Call , it should be able to take over mercenaries, but Blizzard never really implemented it (It did not work but the text was in it). Obsession should come back as a third Heroic talent what updates Possession.

Level 13 - Double use Talents Top

This time we have 2 good Talents. In the Discriptions you will see why:

	Life Drain is my personal choice. Here i dont take the ``Double use Talent´´to get a Heal. This extra Heal by a Kill is a sweet smell on her Lips. This can save Sylvanas life!
	Windrunner is the ``Double use Talent´´. A good Exape Talent what fills your Withering Fire (Q) and Haunting Wave (E) will be used twice.
	Will of the Forsaken looks well as icon for Sylvanas and is a nice situational PvP Talent, what makes you UNSTOPABLE and boost your Speed.
	Spell Shield is only useful against wizards. So this is too much a situational Talent.

Unstoppable = immune to status-changing effects ( deceleration, anesthesia, lifting or kicking away ) !

DOUBLE USE TALENT = gives your Hero the possibility to use an Attack Ability two times
( That makes you most time stronger / By Sylvanas is this a Move Ability and not so important for Damage ) .

Level 16 Top

	Evasive Fire nice little speed increase but we need damage here not speed! So this talent is useless at this point.
	Cold Embrace can make the Enemy woundable for 2 Seconds. It is a nice Talent but it holds not long enought for a very good use.
	Overwhelming Affliction good for Team Fight or PvP! But not enought to replace Remorseless.
	Remorseless Sylvanas is one of the high attack speed heros, so your basic attack gets 40% bonus damage almost every time. With this, Sylvanas attack will surprise the enemy. ( Note: with this Talent Sylvanas become an Assassin! )

Level 20 - Final Talents & Heroic Updates Top

	Deafening Blast 50% damage in the Center of Wailing Arrow is a nice Update, but Deafening Blast have a 90 seconds cool down! You should take a look at Fury of the Storm!
	Dark Lady's Call this final Talent is a Waste. Dark Lady's Call based on Mind Control and Mind Control is not choosen on Level 10.
	Fury of the Storm this brings every 5 seconds 91 damage to the Target and hit all near Minion with 228 extra damage. This is much better as Deafening Blast! ( Note: In 90 seconds made Fury of the Storm 1638 extra damage on Heroes or Buildings )
	Bolt of the Storm this is a stupid escape Talent. Better is Haunting Wave (E) . ( Note: The Range is to short, and Windrunner is the best escape Talent )

This Patch totally destroyed a good working Sylvanas!

a useful Level-1 Talent has been removed.
Destroying the Tower munition was a good idea but it sould work with . On Level 1 was this Talent wrong, and just 2 ammunition was to low against .
( With the right place on Level & supporting Talents this had been a cool alterantive Skill )

a useful Level-4 Talent has been removed. ( I do't miss it! )
Picked by many Players this Talent give a PvP Option to poison an Oponent. Personally, I never really wanted to use it. There was a far better Talent! Besides, his poison was not strong enough when I compared it to Lunara.
Team Fight Carry DD by Jaeris

a wasted Level-4 Talent has been removed. ( Good thing it's gone! )
Refresh some talents are never a real choice when i can take some thing with demage or range.

a missed Level-7 Talent has been removed. ( I really miss this funny Talent! )
I have still use this Talent some times after the Leoric Patch i replaced it with and but even than i take it some times. Level 7 is the most change able Point with a lot of interesting Talents and ways you can choose (by all Heroes) but with the transformation from a Heroic ability to a Talent on Level 7 i took without any Question, because this Talent is need to survive Minion troops by destroying a Fortress alone.

a nice Level-13 Talent has been removed.
Like you can see i love this Talent before, why i can clear camps better as without.
By my way to fight in Team and alone i wanna be able to handle solo some things and so was never a real Option for me (but i try it in Past). Now with this Talent gone and
on its Place i had no choice any more as to take .

a wasted Level-16 Talent has been removed. ( Good thing it's gone! )
It is a Tank Heal Talent but Sylvanas is not made to be a Tank. There was better Talents like: damage booster & escape .

Changed Talents:

This Talent’s functionality has changed.
now releases a free shot whenever a nearby
enemy Minion dies. ( NOTE: The free shot can only hit non-Heroic targets! )

This Talent’s functionality has changed and moved.
reduces now the cooldown of by 1.25 seconds
for each enemy Hero hit. ( NOTE: i never need this Talent. )

This Talent’s functionality has positiv changed.
no longer reduces ’s range by 1.25 seconds
Only the initial Shadow Dagger target becomes Vulnerable. ( Yessss! )

This Talent’s functionality has changed and moved.
now charges now refill after teleporting.
The duration in which can be cast a second time for free has been increased from 2 to 5 seconds. ( Note: where ever is placed i find some thing better to use and i had fun with this PvP Talent but my play style need even in PvP only 1 ! )

This Talent’s functionality has changed and now affects Mind Control.
once a part of now increases target’s Movement Speed by 100% channeling for 1 second, gain control of an enemy Hero’s movement for 2.5 seconds for
Ability, the Icon of this Talent have change too.
The Icons gets opticaly changed with the Heroic Ability from to .
( Note: i use by the old Builds the new Talent-Icon but normaly it looks like )

New Talents & Abilities

This was herre a new Talent (Level 1).
make nearby non-Boss, allied Mercenaries deal 50% more damage.
A well done replacement for Mercenary Lord this will be my replacement Talent.
When i lost on Level 1. I told you i play with Mercenarys so much i can.

This was herre a new Talent (Level 4).
gain an additional charge of , and charges fire 33% faster.

This was herre a new Talent (Level 7).
now a Talent not an Heroic Abilitie anymore
( ...also where is it new? It is just changed! ) A consolation plaster for a missed Heroic Abilitie.
I am happy this talent is there, but why schould Sylvanas not have 3 Heroic Abilitys like Trancer?
Turn the allegiance of a non-Catapult enemy Minion. Stores up to 3 charges.

This was herre a new New Heroic Ability (Level 10).
After channeling for 1 second, gain control of an enemy Hero his movement
for 2.5 seconds.
The Talent has functionality changed and now affects .

My changes on the Build

Level 1 = Paralysis a must have and perfect on Level 1 ( It is saver on a Tower )
to Level 1 without Barbed Shot we lost 200% damage but the Patch boost bing a little back.
Level 4 = With the Wind is a range boost exactly what we need ( Now where Paralysis is on Lvl.1 )
Level 7 = Paralysis a must have and we have no other choice we really need this "new" Talent
Level 10 = Wailing Arrow i'm forced to use this weak Heroic Ability but Blizzard made it stronger
Level 13 = Life Drain a Heal is what Sylvanas needs
to Level 13 this Heal is nice but better was a Heal like Hammers First Aid
Level 16 = Will of the Forsaken in this time i need this Espace but later i changed for damage
Level 20 = Fury of the Storm short and easy said: ``additional damage´´
