I have max leveled and played Kerrigan for quite a lot. She is definitely a character that needs getting used to and practice makes perfect with her timed pulls and stuns. From all the builds I've tried which it depends on your play style, I find this one works with the most kill, survivability rate, and seige contribution. If you are the type that loves hamming in the front lines (with a good heal behind your back) you can live the Queen of Blade's glory by leveling all her enemies to the ground.
